Antique furniture creates relaxing mood in "Vingt et Un". We are serving a wide variety of cocktails from standard to original ones flavored with seasonable fruits. During Happy Hour (17:00-20:00), a glass of beer and five kinds of cocktails are served for only ￥400. Soft drinks are also available. Meeting with some one? Talking about business?
